Description

This evaluation project will evaluate the effectiveness of the Exchange Pilot. Specifically it aims to determine the impact of the exchange on the participants’ nursing skills and investigate if and how the exchange experience enhances their capabilities to support service delivery as well as its impact on their job satisfaction and future work intentions. In addition, this evaluation aims to determine the sustainability and efficacy of the exchange program and its impact on the partnership between NALHN and YNLHN.
