Description
This grant application involves socio-legal research focused on the implications of The Public Advocate v C, B (specific authorising orders need to be obtained before a person under guardianship can be detained). The research comprises legal analysis and interviews with stakeholders to gauge understanding of the law and whether practice is compliant.
