Abstract

Teachers and students should learn how to assess their educational technology needs from various perspectives and acquire the skills to use technology for educational purposes in light of their new literacies. Employing critical literacy to question the use of technology in its appropriate context and purpose is also one of the requirements for 21st-century educators and learners.
