    Abstract

    Introduction: Weight maintenance outcomes are poor. Psychologicalfactors such as planning and problem solving abilities could beimportant for supporting weight maintenance through the develop-ment of personalized routines and self-sustaining healthy habits.The current study aimed to investigate how consumers perceiveand engage in these constructs.
