Abstract
The literature review undertaken to context this evaluation shows that school sports programs can be a powerful tool for teaching life skills to young people. The outcomes of program evaluations show a positive impact on life skills and that participation in sports-based programs can improve self-esteem, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills in youth.
The evaluation included the task to draw on reports in the literature develop a Likert scale short survey focused on the areas mentioned in the proposal: teamwork health, nutrition, media and branding, and physical aspects. The modified multidimensional wellbeing in youth scale (adapted from Green et al., 2023) is provided as Appendix 1.
