Abstract

Outlines two projects that arose from discussions at the 'First Australian Rock Picture Dating Workshop'. One is based on collecting samples for accelerator mass spectrometry analysis of radiocarbon from rock art images. The other is monitoring environmental influences on rock art to assess the reliability of radiocarbon methods of dating.
