AnglicareSA Emergency Assistance service model re-design: A gateway to pathways for client and community outcomes

Research output: Book/ReportCommissioned report

Abstract

A South Australian non-government organisation proposes to change the way it conceptualises and delivers emergency assistance (EA), within the life of their current strategic plan (to 2025), to ensure a focus on clients and community outcomes. This report prepared by Centre for Social Impact (CSI) Flinders presents a redesigned model for EA. In this organisation, EA is currently defined as a service to assist people to address immediate needs in times of crisis, primary through material assistance and referrals.
