Abstract

Last year I wrote an introductory editorial (Hay, 2014) acknowledging the wonderful work of my Editor‐in‐Chief predecessor, Phil O'Neill, and setting out key themes for the journal's new strategic direction. Now, as my editorial term draws to a close, I thought it appropriate to bookend those comments with some remarks on the journal's development over the past two years.
