Az affektív szabályozás zavarai és következményei. Evészavarok és addiktív betegségek

Over the last couple of years, development of emotion regulation, the disorders of its progress within the field of self-regulation and its interconnection with different psychopathological conditions became increasingly prominent in clinical research. In our present study we begin with discussing the developmental psychology correlates and dysfunctions regarding emotion regulation, with special focus on developmental psychopathological aspects. On the other hand, we investigate the role of the maladaptive regulating mechanisms concerning two clinical disorders: addictions and eating pathology. What both pathologies have in common are the regulating deficits, especially those which control affects and emotions. At the end of the study we argue that maladaptive or dysfunctional emotion regulation techniques can be best understood as transdiagnostical risk and/or maintenance factors.
