Abstract

We appreciate the interest of Pattinson et al1 in our recent study examining real-world implementation of Behavioral Sleep Interventions (BSIs)2 and welcome the opportunity to discuss this controversial topic. Pattinson et al1 highlight some limitations of our study, most of which we agree with and have addressed in our discussion.
