Abstract
Flinders University has a dedicated and experienced team of Cancer Survivorship researchers hosted within the Caring Futures Institute (CFI). Our team collaborates across the University to deliver a robust, interdisciplinary Flinders University Cancer Survivorship Program.
Our Cancer Survivorship Program aims to drive better care and outcomes for all cancer survivors across the lifespan. We will do so by delivering innovative, meaningful solutions through integrating research, care practices and policy.
Our Cancer Survivorship Program consists of a diverse group of multidisciplinary clinicians and researchers who are committed to addressing the complex care needs of all people affected by cancer, including their loved ones. We partner with consumers and bring together interprofessional cancer teams to deliver innovative and meaningful solutions through the nexus of integrating research, care practices, education, and policy development.
