Abstract

On 18 March 2019, the ad hoc Committee ('Committee') issued its decision on an application for annulment of the Award rendered by the Tribunal on 6 December 2016 in the arbitration proceedings between Churchill Mining plc and its wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Planet Mining Pty Ltd (together the 'Applicants'), and the Republic of Indonesia (the 'Respondent', and together with the Applicants, the 'Parties').²
