Abstract

Flinders Caring Futures Institute engaged over 30 stakeholders across the nation to co-design a set of ambition statements to chart a course for better care across health, aged care and social systems in Australia.

The five care ambitions, and arising actions are a True North statement to guide collective decisions and actions to shape care policies, systems, culture and services to ensure effective, dignified, meaningful, and accessible care for all Australians across every stage of life.
