Abstract

This chapter provides an understanding in basic elbow anatomy. It is written from a perspective relevant for all who are involved in treatment of patients with elbow pathology. In the chapters describing different elbow pathologies, the anatomy is described more in detail. This chapter is focussed on anatomy concerning the elbow ligaments, muscles, bones and bony blood supply.
