Abstract

There is a paucity of literature examining the relationship between immunosuppressive agents used in transplantation and clozapine. This relationship is relevant given the potential risk of synergistic immunosuppression. We discuss a patient on clozapine requiring renal transplantation and discuss the clinical implications.
