Abstract
The contents of the paper raise several doubts for two reasons. Firstly, the assumptions regarding the shear stress and the velocity profile are wrong for they violate Cauchy's stress principle. Secondly, the use of Laplace transform to solve the start-up flow problem is incorrect.
