Complicity: Current Developments and Future Directions

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaper

Abstract

Complicity is a complicated area of criminal law. We teach it last at Flinders, for precisely that reason! A great deal has happened with it in the last couple of years, partly because of cases here and partly in the UK. Going to start with a bit of an overview and an update and then look at options for future development because the short version is that I don’t agree with where the High Court has taken us in recent times.
