Containing the proliferation of incitement: A Canadian perspective

Abstract

During five years living in Kuwait, I was regularly exposed to propaganda about hating Jews, killing Jews, destroying Israel, and killing American co- conspirators. Although I am neither Jewish nor American, this reprehensible discourse shaped my views on incitement, especially for someone of German background.
