Abstract

The conflicts of interest statement has been updated:Conflicts of interest: Professor Kelton Tremellen is a gynaecologist practising IVF and is medical director at Repromed Fertilityspecialists. Prof Tremellen is a 100% salaried employee of Repromed and not on any “fee for service” or “performance bonus”arrangement. Prof Tremellen owns shares in the Monash IVF group.
