Abstract

The authors regret that an error appears in Tables 1 and 4, and in the corresponding text, where the estimated population size and percentage values for the variables “smoking status” and “rurality” were reported incorrectly. The corrected values do not alter the interpretation of the results, discussion, or conclusions of the paper.
