Abstract
We have noted two errors in our publication.
In Fig. 5 the boxes within panels (a) and (b) have the wrong colour scheme. Panels (c) and (d) and the legend remain unchanged. The correct figure is shown below.
Figure 5. (a, b) Proportion of white shark behaviours occurring when cage-diving boats were (a) absent and (b) present at Liguanea and Neptune Islands. Red circles are mean values, horizontal black bars are median values, boxes represent the interquartile range and vertical black lines indicate the values within 1.5 times the interquartile range. (c, d) Average proportion of time spent by white sharks across behaviours when cage-diving boats were (c) absent (24 h) and (d) present (6 h present, 18 h absent).
In addition, we had omitted to thank Yuki Watanabe, Jayson Semmens and Nick Payne for their help with animal-borne cameras and accelerometer deployments at the Neptune Islands. The correct Acknowledgments are shown below.
We thank the South Australian white shark cage-diving operators for providing logistical support and information critical to this research. We thank Yuki Watanabe, Jayson Semmens and Nick Payne for their help with animal-borne cameras and accelerometer deployments at the Neptune Islands.
