Abstract
This chapter aims to evaluate the level of digital citizenship literacy among higher-education students and educators, investigate the essential components and skills necessary for promoting digital citizenship literacy, and discuss the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on digital citizenship education in Malaysia and Indonesia.
