Abstract
The Flinders University Diploma of Digital Technologies has upskilled the workforce in advanced manufacturing and industry 4.0, across primes, SMEs in the supply chain and teachers to inspire the pipeline of future skilled employees. Flinders Uni has upskilled 60 STEM teachers from across Australia in building the STEM pipeline. Teachers have learnt design and CAD, robotics, electronics, cybersecurity, innovation and industry 4.0. Teacher development has been supported through innovative models of delivery, curriculum design and networks of likeminded peers and a community of teachers to grow together as strong role models to their students and also to network with industry to strengthen real-world relevance and career awareness for their students.
