Abstract
The project titled ‘Developing the multicultural workforce to improve the quality of care for residents from diverse backgrounds’ was funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services in 2015 to address the priority of supporting older people with diverse needs who are cared for by a multicultural workforce. A consortium of two aged care organisations, Resthaven Inc. and AnglicareSA Inc., joined with Flinders University to undertake the project.
