Abstract
Control of the rates of orthogonal 'click' reactions in one pot allowed the design of highly branched macromolecular architectures. Construction of these architectures via a divergent, convergent or parallel sequence was modulated by the copper catalyst activity. This approach reduced the number of purification and chemical protection steps.
