Abstract

Introduction
The third trimester of a multiple gestation couldbe complicated in some women. Although someof these complications may occur in singletonpregnancies as well, they may pose unique challenges in diagnosis as well as in management inthe woman with a twin pregnancy. The planningof the delivery is also an important task that hasto be undertaken during the third trimester. Wediscuss the complications that may occur duringthe third trimester of a multiple gestation andtheir management strategies in the following text.
