Abstract

Arthroscopy is an established tool for the investigation and management of elbow pathology. In this chapter, we detail the technique of dry elbow arthroscopy and provide examples of the superior image definition and depth of vision achieved. Dry arthroscopy is now used in the wrist by many surgeons and is gaining some popularity in the elbow. Pearls for successful execution of the technique, and potential pitfalls, are described.
