Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is now influencing daily medical practice. While the AI field may be prone to hype, this statement is now irrefutable. In addition to the AI that is ingrained in much of the taken-for-granted software upon which healthcare services rely, patient- and learner-facing AI is now ubiquitous in first-world healthcare systems.
