Abstract

The authors wish to advise that due to programming errors, the second and third sentences of paragraph 3 of the left-hand column on page 422 should be replaced with the following text: The mean lifetime number of female partners was 6.1 for men aged 16–19 years, 13.5 for men aged 20–29 years, 18.2 for men aged 30–39 years, 21.4 for men aged 40–49 years, 20.6 for men aged 50–59 years, and 18.2 for men aged 60–69 years. The mean lifetime number of male partners was 3.0 for women aged 16–19 years, 8.1 for women aged 20–29 years, 10.6 for women aged 30–39 years, 9.5 for women aged 40–49 years, 8.9 for women aged 50–59 years, and 5.2 for women aged 60–69 years...
