Abstract

Exercise for those of us living with CKD is important and beneficial in so many ways. It can improve our physical function, assist with weight management, reduce cardiovascular risk factors, assist with controlling BP, and improve our emotional well-being and sleep.1 There is a large amount of readily available information about physical activity and exercise for the general population. However, this is not the case for those with CKD.2
