Abstract
Background: The Fundamentals of Care (FoC) Framework organises healthcare into three keydimensions—Context of Care, Integration of Care, and Relationship. This study sought todevelop and validate a predictive model (tool/survey) to examine the interactions among thesedimensions, aiming to enhance fundamental care practices in diverse Australian healthcaresettings
