Abstract
The Attorney’s General Department (South Australia) commissioned the Climate and Sustainability Policy Research (CASPR) group to undertake an evaluation of atrial legal services delivery project piloted from 2020-2021 in August 2021. This report delivers an overview of the achievements, challenges and areas for improvement identified in the review undertaken. The evaluation included a comprehensive review of post-disaster service delivery,the identification of international best practice in post -disaster service provision,the review of outputs and data collected during the project and interviews with project stakeholders.Recommendations are included to assist the project team in making improvements to future post-disaster legal service provision, and in meeting international best practice for post -disaster legal services.
