Abstract

This project was undertaken as part of the Burra Community Archaeology Project. This is a Compact Disc of the educational, promotional and interpretative materials of archaeological excavations at Burra, South Australia. It includes images of public tours run by Flinders University students of the excavations. This work was undertaken by staff and students in archaeology at Flinders University in collaboration with the National Trust of nSouth Australia, Burra Burra branch, the Mid North Regional Development Board and the Regional Council of Goyder. The CD was distributed commercially through the National Trust of South Australia. This is an early example of community archaeology in Australia.
