Abstract

Tertiary amine and tertiary phosphine adducts of gallane, L·GaH₃ (L = Me₃N, quinuclidine, (C₆H₁₁)₃P), reduce a variety of unsaturated functional groups with a selectivity different to that observed for similar alane adducts.
