Blue light emitted from our phones, tablets, laptops, even artificial lights, is fast becoming a worry of health professionals world wide. As research accumulates, there is evidence to show that overexposure to bluelight has some serious consequences on our health. Dr. Ranjay Chakraborty, Senior Lecturer of Optometry and Vision Science at Flinders University, joins the program to explain just how big of an impact blue light is having on our lives.
