Abstract
This paper reports on the evaluation of the Healthy Cities (Noarlunga) Project which was one of the three original pilot cities in the Australian Healthy Cities Project. The evaluation nethodology used is outlined the project's organization and activities, and the data (from a variety of sources) used to assess its achievements are discussed. These data were collected from a range of local informants including comnuinity members and from an analysis of the local print media. The implications of the evaluation findings for the development of the Healthy Cities movement are discussed.
