Abstract

This book is the third in a series of books I am releasing in 2014-15; a complete guide to the world of social media for business.
The first book gave the fundamentals for setting up your digital footprint, entitled “Social Media Mastery, Social media for business - create your strategic plan”. The second focused on the art of building and maintaining networks and relationships as part of your online strategy, “Social Media Mastery, Build client relationships & business networks in the social media age”.
The question is, now you’ve built it, will they come? Technology is ever- evolving and being aware of all your options is the first step to being ahead of the trends in the digital space when it comes to communicating with your customers. This third volume delves deeper into the marketing and advertising angles of your digital presence.
It’s all about getting the basics right. And once you have the basics right, there’s a whole spectrum of more sophisticated tactics you can employ to drive further success through e-marketing. The metrics show us that there’s plenty of room for improvement and plenty of rewards waiting for those who do improve and making those improvements is exactly what this book is all about. I hope you enjoy reading it and working through the activities.
