Abstract
The New Interventions for independence in Dementia Study (NIDUS)-Family, a structured psychosocial intervention for people with dementia and their family carers, has been tested in a single-masked, phase 3, superiority, randomised controlled trial.1 The economic evaluation2 of the NIDUS-Family intervention by Abdinasir Isaaq and colleagues published in The Lancet Healthy Longevity builds on the previously reported results of the trial and process evaluation.
