    Abstract

Let's Get Equal is a community group that has been lobbying for equal rights for gay people in State legislation for over six years. At the end of 2006 LGE celebrated the passage of the Statutes Amendment (Domestic Partners) Bill, a landmark Bill that will take effect on 1 June 2007 which makes changes to over 90 pieces of legislation of critical importance to gay couples. I met with Jo and Terri and asked them what the Bill left out. What's wrong with current South Australian laws on parenting?
