Abstract

We would like to thank Dr Heisterkamp for his interest in our paper and his disclosure of his conflict of interest in being paid by RTI-Surgical to refute our study. The purpose of our study was to determine whether soft tissue allografts had a different risk of revision than did autografts after primary anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR).
