Abstract
Background
Access to home dialysis is important to remote Australians living with chronic kidney disease, which may be enabled by strategies that reduce frailty.
Aim
To develop and pilot a population-specific physical frailty assessment, provided alongside physiotherapy restorative care for adults commencing dialysis in Northern Australia.
