Abstract

This paper reports a study which examined how useful the supports from teachers in relation to the students the interaction between students and teachers were in an online learning context. The findings of the study indicated that students possessed remarkably clear views as to the nature of the pedagogical supports from teachers that influenced their online learning results. Online teachers may find these results useful in enhancing the effectiveness of online teaching.
