Abstract
Workstream B involved the preparation and roll-out of the promotional campaign for the pilot phase of Stand Strong, Wall Tall (SSWT) and an evaluation of the materials and strategies used. The research aimed to shape promotional strategies for SSWT in the future, and more broadly, contribute to knowledge about effective advertising for the intended audience so that awareness of and access to specialist therapeutic services can be improved. There were three stages to Workstream B:
• Stage One: Development of the website and advertising material; launch of the service and roll-out of the initial publicity campaign.
• Stage Two: Monitored number of enquiries and new clients during pilot delivery and adjusted ongoing promotional campaign as required. The online survey and client interviews on the promotional aspects ran during Stage Two.
Stage Three: Analysis of survey and interview data for evaluation of the promotional materials and strategy.
