Abstract
The RCN Institute is celebrating its first three years. Alison Kitson talked to Charlotte Alderman about its future in an increasingly specialist profession
TO ALISON KITSON the RCN Institute is a bit like Dr Who's Tardis - the further you go in, the bigger it gets. Over the three years of its existence it has introduced many new education programmes and refined many existing ones. Its achievements are documented in the newly published Foundations for the Future.
