Abstract
This chapter introduces mixed methods research (MMR) prevalence studies, their value to the MMR scholarly community and disciplines, and the challenges associated with undertaking such studies. MMR prevalence studies provide an indication as to the frequency at which MMR studies are being reported within discipline-specific literature which, over time, demonstrates the utility and acceptance of MMR within a discipline.
