OtherMany innovations have occurred in the science and practice of cognitive and behavioural therapy over the past decade. Variants of cognitive-behaviour therapy, such as schema therapy and third wave approaches, are increasingly developing an evidence-base for a range of clinical presentations across the lifespan. The conference’s focus on the lifespan will educate health practitioners on how to treat disorders of childhood and adulthood successfully, as well as on how to deal with the difficulties associated with an ageing population. This year’s conference includes a stellar group of world leaders who specialise in evidence-based interventions for dealing with clients with a range of difficulties, such as personality disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, and cancer. Some of these problems are the most common and pressing issues facing our society in 2017. We invite you to join us in learning how to manage these issues, and others, using interventions based on the most recent available evidence.
