Abstract

Hunter and Alex break into the school at night. The teachers all think they’re trouble makers anyway, so they might as well make it worthwhile, right? But Scribble and Z are also on their way, and Alana-Rey and JJ have destructive plans of their own.

Paths cross, windows smash and friendships are tested.Set just before lock-down due to a global pandemic, this play follows a group of teenagers who all surreptitiously choose the same night to prove friendships, enact revenge, and make sacrifices for the people they love.

What you think you know to be true depends significantly on where you’re standing.

An exploration of lived experiences, devised and performed by the ExpressWay Arts ensemble, a collection of young creatives from Adelaide’s southern suburbs.

Following its sell-out Adelaide Fringe performance season, this high-drama radio play focuses on one pair of teenagers who choose the same night as their friends to make sacrifices for the people they love, prove friendships and exact revenge.
