    Abstract

    This talk is the first in the series Irish Studies in a Global Context, hosted by the School of Irish, Celtic Studies and Folklore at UCD. In her talk, Dr Dymphna Lonergan from Flinders University, South Australia, discusses her experience researching the Irish in Australia and her special interest in the influence of the Irish language on the English language literature of Australia.
