Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapterpeer-review

Abstract

At various points in your career, mentorship and supervision will be available to you. Some of these are evidenced below and many are integral to professional development and practice. But some of the best mentor/mentee relationships are informal and maintained over a long period of time. These will be discussed in this chapter as will the context in which mentorship and supervision are applied. The term midwife is used in this chapter yet the content also applies to a nurse.
