Abstract
Chronic insomnia is common in older adults and has a negative impact on functional status and quality of life [1]. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is the preferred treatment for chronic insomnia. However, delivering this to older adults can be challenging due to the limited availability of trained professionals as well as the time commitment and cost for patients.
